Responsible to ensure the smooth running of volume hiring related processes, procedures and activities in the company, support his/her team and immediate supervisor in driving recruitment to achieve hiring targets, contact point for employees’ recruitment related inquiries.
Qualifications
- At least 2 year volume hiring recruitment experience specially on CSR roles
- Excellent computer literacy is compulsory (MS Office; Internet)
- Excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Flexibility and willingness for work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
- With own laptop and good internet connection.
About the Role
- Proactively research, develop and execute on various recruiting strategies, create and maintain candidate database
- Conduct phone and face to face interviews and coordinate candidate technical testing
- Administer the whole recruiting process from initial contact to on-boarding
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
