About Us
Searchbox is an established and highly reputable marketing consultancy for dental practices in Australia. We’re looking for a Project Manager to be the connective tissue between strategy, creative and media buying — briefing the work, setting up the systems and access that make campaigns run, and keeping every client project moving cleanly from onboarding to launch.
The Opportunity
This is a hands-on coordination role for someone who loves bringing order to moving parts. You’ll draft the briefs, onboard new clients, build out the CRM in GoHighLevel, and keep every project on track in ClickUp — making sure nothing falls between creative and media buying. What You’ll Be Doing
•
Draft campaign and creative briefs that turn strategy into buildable work
•
Onboard new clients — coordinate the setup and sharing of asset access (Meta Business Portfolios, Ad Accounts, Pages, Google Ads accounts and more)
•
Own CRM setup end to end in GoHighLevel, connecting and integrating forms so leads flow directly into the right pipelines
•
Collaborate with the creative team to keep every asset aligned with the campaign strategy and ad copy
•
Own the handoff between the creative team and media buyers — no dropped context, no rework
•
Run project management in ClickUp, keeping every project visible, sequenced and on time
•
Own Google Workspace and file management for the team
•
Ensure a smooth, confident onboarding experience for every new client
•
Work closely with the media buyer, account manager, creative team, systems specialist and leadership
- Learn and build your skills in media buying, funnel building, automations, account management and creative strategy - all on the job!
Who We’re Looking For:
•
Hands-on experience with Meta advertising (Business Manager, ad accounts, Pages, asset access)
•
Skilled at GoHighLevel — building CRMs, pipelines, forms and integrations
•
A graphic design eye — enough to brief creative well and know when something’s off
•
Experience running projects, ideally in ClickUp (or similar)
•
Highly organised and calm across multiple moving parts
•
Fluent in English and a strong communicator (with both team members and clients)
•
Proactive problem solver who brings solutions, not just problems
•
Humble but driven, always open to learning and improving
