<div>We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach / Release Train Engineer (RTE) with expertise in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Agile methodologies to be the right-hand partner for our client in a global project. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in guiding teams towards successful Agile adoption, ensuring the alignment of project goals with Agile principles and practices.</div>
<div> <strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></div>
<div>– Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to facilitate the implementation of Agile practices across teams.</div>
<div>– Coach teams in Agile methodologies, ensuring adherence to SAFe principles and practices.</div>
<div>– Support the Release Train Engineer in planning and executing Program Increment (PI) planning sessions, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.</div>
<div>– Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging teams to identify and implement process enhancements.</div>
<div>– Assist in resolving impediments and challenges that teams face during Agile transitions.</div>
<div>– Provide training and workshops to enhance Agile knowledge and practices within the organization.</div>
<div>– Utilize Azure DevOps to manage Agile processes and track project progress.</div>
<div> <strong>Qualifications:</strong></div>
<div>– Proven experience as an Agile Coach or Release Train Engineer (RTE).</div>
<div>– Strong knowledge and practical experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Agile methodologies.</div>
<div>– <strong>Fluent in English</strong>, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.</div>
<div>– Desired: Experience with Azure DevOps tools and practices.</div>
<div>– Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.</div>
<div>– Experience in working in global or distributed teams is a plus.</div>
<div>– Availability to visit the client occasionally.</div>
