<p>THE ROLE We’re hiring a VP of Finance & Operations to join our team. In this role, you’ll oversee all aspects of Finance and Accounting and manage company operations at Milk Moovement. You’ll work closely with our CEO and executive team to lead the company’s financial strategy and operational excellence, supporting sustainable growth and scalability.</p>
<p>Examples of what you may do include: • Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and analysis, and capital allocation. • Lead financial reporting and analysis, providing insights to executive leadership and the board of directors to support decision-making and improve business performance. • Partner across functions with leaders in customer experience, engineering, product development, sales & marketing, and talent & culture to align financial and operational goals and drive strategic initiatives. • Oversee day-to-day operations to improve efficiency and scale across the organization.</p>
<p>WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Milk Moovement wants a diverse, inclusive, team-oriented, curiosity-driven group. You must have experience managing finance and operations in a startup, but experience in the dairy industry is not required. We’ll teach you everything you need to know about the industry, starting with our Dairy 101 course. We know it’s more complex than it sounds—and that’s exactly why we do what we do. We’re looking for someone with a strong foundation in financial management and operations, along with a deep commitment to improving organizational efficiency and supporting growth.</p>
<p>WHAT ELSE • 8+ years of progressive experience in SaaS/software high-growth startups required. • Hands-on self-starter who works hard and gets things done. • A desire to lead in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. • Experience managing the financial side of a high-growth startup. • Strong communication skills for managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • Experience with financial accounting software. • CPA license preferred.</p>
<p>$150,000 – $175,000 per year</p>
