Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and experienced
Training Content Designer to develop engaging training curricula and e-learning materials that support employee learning and business objectives. The ideal candidate has experience in instructional design, e-learning development, and creating interactive digital learning content using Articulate 360.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging e-learning courses and instructional materials.
- Analyze learning needs and collaborate with subject matter experts and business stakeholders.
- Develop training curricula, assessments, facilitator guides, and learner materials.
- Plan and coordinate learning programs and skills assessments.
- Support trainers during the rollout of new training programs.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through metrics and learner feedback.
- Ensure all learning materials meet quality, timeline, and business requirements.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in Instructional Design.
- At least 1 year of experience in e-learning development.
- Hands-on experience using Articulate 360.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Experience developing interactive e-learning modules.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month
