Employee

Records and Data Management

  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Handle data entry and maintenance of HRIS (Human Resources Information System) databases.

Compensation and Benefits Administration

  • Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, employee loans, government mandatory benefits, and other perks.
  • Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries.
  • Ensure timely process of payroll.
  • Ensure less disputes and reversal in payroll.
  • Process and release of COE with purpose.
  • Process the statutory request (SSS Loan, Pag-ibig Loan, maternity & sickness).
  • Process employee movement, contract renewal, and EOC.

Employee

Relations

  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters.
  • Facilitate the clearance process, exit interview, and other employee exit transactions.
  • Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts, escalating to higher-level HR professionals when necessary. Conduct of Due process (issuance of NTE, decision notice, and schedule of admin hearing).
  • Keep track of employee infractions and ensure proper implementation of sanctions.

Performance

Management

  • Ensure 100% submission of appraisal of handled project and process project renewal.
  • Assist in the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
  • Monitor all the project for end and for renewal and provide necessary documents on time.

5. Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist in HR audits and contribute to maintaining a culture of compliance.

6. HR Communication and Administrative support

  • Contribute to internal HR communications, including the dissemination of HR policies and updates.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR-related documents, reports, and presentations.

Others

  • Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends.
  • Propose and implement process improvements within the HR function.
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Psychology or Human Resource Management
  • With experience in human resources
  • MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, familiarity with HRIS and other HR-related tools, strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail and confidentiality, knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • In depth knowledge of Labor Law and Compensation and Benefits, Certified HR Associate (not required), excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Pro-active, result driven, data driven, people-oriented
