Collaborate with the Group HR department and the Country Head for the Philippines to refine the Philippine subsidiary's HR management system (including the comprehensive development of recruitment, performance management, training, compensation, and employee development frameworks).
Lead the recruitment and development of top talent to meet the needs of the business's rapid growth.
Manage liaison and dealings with various local government agencies in the Philippines; safeguard the company's legal interests and mitigate risks related to local employment, social security, and expatriate management.
Monitor employee productivity and performance; assist business leaders in staff development and performance management; optimize the workforce and recruit high-caliber talent to enhance organizational efficiency.
Promptly address any urgent HR issues that arise during daily operations.
Requirements
Full-time Bachelors degree or higher; proficiency in Chinese as a working language.
5+ years of HR experience;
experience in the offline retail sector is preferred.
Expertise in identifying, recruiting, and developing top talent.
Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and regulations as well as procedures for dealing with local government agencies; strong employee relations management skills.
Excellent business acumen and strong self-motivation; ability to adapt to the work pace and corporate culture of a Chinese enterprise.
