Job Description
Source and map business services professionals (senior manager level and above) across law firms and professional services organizations in the United States using LinkedIn and other available tools.
Manually enter and accurately code candidate profiles into the client’s CRM, ensuring data quality and completeness across all required fields.
Conduct structured market mapping exercises, documenting your methodology and flagging gaps or trends as they arise.
Use LinkedIn Recruiter Lite (or equivalent) and Boolean search techniques to build targeted candidate lists by practice area, seniority, and geography.
Use LinkedIn Insights to identify market trends and surface relevant observations to the client team.
Maintain meticulous attention to detail when handling candidate data, including sourcing, coding, and cross-referencing.
Provide regular progress updates on search volume, pipeline status, and shortlist development.
Proactively ask questions when information is unclear or data is incomplete — intellectual curiosity and honest communication are valued over assumptions.
Collaborate closely with the client team and Noon Dalton’s internal team on KPIs, reporting, and continuous process improvement.
Qualifications
Prior experience supporting an executive search firm, recruitment agency, or talent research function — ideally with exposure to US markets.
Proficiency with LinkedIn as a sourcing and research tool, including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter Lite.
Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS) or CRM; full training on the client’s specific system will be provided.
Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to data entry and candidate coding.
Demonstrated job stability — at least one to two years with the same employer.
Comfortable working a mid-shift schedule (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM PHT) from Noon Dalton’s Cebu office.
Must be within reasonable commuting distance of the Cebu office and have previous experience working office-based or overnight hours.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills for internal collaboration with the UK-based client team.
Demonstrates a high level of integrity, honesty, and professionalism in all interactions and work outputs.
Comfortable asking questions, seeking clarification, and communicating openly when faced with uncertainty or unfamiliar situations.
Possesses a naturally curious mindset with a strong interest in learning about the legal industry and understanding the broader context behind tasks and processes.
