<li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. A relevant master’s degree will be considered a plus.</li>
<li>4+ years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, talent attraction, or a related field, ideally within a large-scale, multinational organization.</li>
<li>Proven ability to develop and evolve employer branding strategies that align with global best practices and international standards.</li>
<li>Experience working with employer branding tools, content management systems, and social media platforms.</li>
<li>A master storyteller with strong content creation, social media, and digital marketing skills.</li>
<li>Creative thinker with a passion for branding, engagement, and talent attraction.</li>
<li>Strong project management skills, with experience handling large-scale branding initiatives across multiple locations and diverse talent markets.</li>
<li>Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze trends, measure impact, and optimize strategies for continuous improvement.</li>
