The Editorial Director will work with the Publisher to set the nonfiction editorial priorities for the publishing list, from identifying and pursuing the authors and books that will help define the reputed company of the division's adult trade program, to targeting opportunities in both established and emerging categories that play to the division's strengths and reputed company them.
