<p>The Denver Hospice has an immediate opening for a Registered Nurse, Centralized Call Center. Provides nursing support based on patient/family goals to achieve life closure.  Modifies care plan as necessary.</span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Utilizes sound nursing judgement and strong assessment skills to perform complex telephone interview and triaging as appropriate. </span></li> </ul> <p><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>WHAT WE ARE GOING TO LOVE ABOUT YOU:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Minimum Education:  Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
