Duration: Contract Assignment
Shift: Rotating ER Shifts (Block scheduling optional)
Position Overview:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse to provide high-acuity patient care in a Level II Trauma Center. The ideal candidate must be confident in fast-paced emergency settings and capable of managing a 1:3 patient ratio.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct emergency nursing care in a high-acuity ER setting
- Assess, triage, and stabilize patients with acute conditions
- Administer medications and emergency treatments
- Manage trauma, cardiac, neurological, and pediatric emergencies
- Perform rapid response and critical interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary trauma and emergency teams
- Document patient care accurately using EMR systems
- Maintain compliance with hospital safety and infection control protocols
- Participate in emergency codes and resuscitation efforts
Required Qualifications:
- Active RN License required
- Minimum 2 years ER experience (strict requirement)
- ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications required
- Ability to work weekends (6 weekend shifts per 6 weeks required)
- Strong critical thinking and rapid decision-making skills
