Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: GNM / BSc Nursing / Post Basic BSc Nursing / MSc Nursing
Experience: 1 to 6 Years
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients as per hospital protocols and NABH standards
- Monitor patient condition, vital signs, and maintain accurate nursing documentation
- Assist consultants and doctors during procedures, surgeries, and emergencies
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the medical team
- Ensure proper infection control and patient safety practices
- Handle ICU/OT equipment and maintain clinical standards
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for effective patient care
- Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and attendants
