Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified and compassionate
Psychologist
to provide therapy sessions to MantraCare clients, with a focus on
Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
and related mental health concerns. The role involves delivering evidence-based treatment, conducting assessments, and supporting clients through structured therapy plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct
one-on-one therapy sessions
for clients (OCD, anxiety, and related concerns)
- Apply evidence-based approaches such as
CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy)
and
ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention)
- Perform
psychological assessments
and develop personalized treatment plans
- Monitor client progress and maintain detailed session documentation
- Provide guidance and coping strategies for long-term mental wellness
- Collaborate with internal teams for holistic client care
- Ensure adherence to ethical standards and confidentiality
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in
OCD treatment and therapy techniques
- Proficiency in
CBT and ERP methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and handle sensitive cases
- Good documentation and case management skills
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in
Psychology / Clinical Psychology / Counseling
- Relevant certification or license (preferred)
Experience

1–3+ years of experience
in therapy/counseling
- Experience in handling
OCD cases
is highly preferred
