Lead the month-end close process, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards
Oversee month-end close processes for accuracy and compliance with financial reporting standards
Reconcile complex accounts involving data from multiple systems to maintain data integrity
Prepare and analyze cash flow, balance sheet, and profit and loss financial statements
Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate financial results and address reporting requirements
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and control frameworks
Manage risk by applying internal controls and monitoring compliance with regulatory guidelines
Lead cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and support continuous improvement initiatives
Oversee lease data abstraction, system reviews, rollforwards, and footnote disclosures within the Lease Accounting Center
Requirements:
Option 1: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, information technology, business, or related area and 1 year's experience in accounting, finance, information technology, business, or related area
Option 2: 3 years' experience in accounting, finance, information technology, or related area
Extensive knowledge of financial statement analysis, including balance sheet, P&L, and cash flow correlations
Proven experience managing month-end close processes and reconciling complex accounts
Strong understanding of GAAP, advanced accounting standards, and regulatory compliance
Expertise in stakeholder management, including communication and engagement with cross-functional partners
Ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement methodologies
Proficiency in risk management, internal controls, and governance frameworks
Skilled in data management, metadata analysis, and ensuring data integrity across systems
Demonstrated leadership in supervising teams and driving operational excellence
