An exciting opportunity exists for a ServiceNow Senior Engagement Manager with CSM and Epic/EHR integration to be based on a contract basis for 6 months+ in a remote working contract role in the USA or Canada. This will be a 30+ hours per week contract..customer is located in CST.
Applicants require :
Consulting
8 years+ Project management experience
5 years+ ServiceNow Project management - ESSENTIAL
CSM and Epic/EHR integration
ServiceNow certification - CSA preferred but not ideal.
Ability to manage projects independently
The role involves managing multiple projects, delivery and timeline management, risk management, delivery operations, support, budget management, resource management, stakeholder management, project planning and team leadership in ServiceNow.
