<h2><strong>Position Summary</strong></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">The Development Team Lead is a hands-on technical leadership role responsible for guiding a cross-functional engineering team while remaining actively involved in software delivery. This role focuses on engineering execution, technical mentorship, delivery consistency, and modernization initiatives.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">· Lead technical execution for an agile engineering team</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">· Remain actively involved in architecture and hands-on coding</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">· Mentor engineers and improve delivery practices</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">· Provide day-to-day technical leadership and coordination for an agile engineering team</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">· Partner with Product and QA on roadmap execution</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">· Improve operational reliability and engineering standards</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">· 7+ years of software engineering experience in C#/.Net and modern UI frameworks (React.js)</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">· Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineers</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">· Experience with AI development tools and methodologies</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">· Strong backend, frontend, and cloud engineering experience</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">· Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">· Strong collaboration and communication skills</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>Why This Role Is Interesting</strong></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">We value engineers who enjoy building, improving, and simplifying systems.
