Key responsibilities include acquiring new clients, maintaining effective communication, and overseeing client interactions to ensure an exceptional experience. As the primary point of contact, the Senior Wealth Advisor must possess a profound understanding of financial planning concepts and collaborate seamlessly with clients' other professional advisors.</span></p> <h3><strong>✔️ What You’ll Do</strong></h3> <div> <ul> <li style="font-family: inter;"><span style="font-family: inter;">Establish and maintain new client relationships.</span></li> <li style="font-family: inter;"><span style="font-family: inter;">Establish priorities/goals and meet timelines/deadlines for new client acquisition.</span></li> <li style="font-family: inter;"><span style="font-family: inter;">Develop existing client relationships with excellent verbal and written communication.</span></li> <li style="font-family: inter;"><span style="font-family: inter;">Present client reports and organize/run client meetings.</span></li> <li style="font-family: inter;"><span style="font-family: inter;">Participate as active member of Investment Committee.</span></li> <li style="font-family: inter;"><span style="font-family: inter;">Work with other team members to delivery exceptional client service.</span></li> <li style="font-family: inter;"><span style="font-family: inter;">Assist in financial planning process and implement recommendations with other advisors.</span></li> <li style="font-family: inter;"><span style="font-family: inter;">Rebalance portfolios, create recommendations, and implement strategy.</span></li> <li style="font-family: inter;"><span style="font-family: inter;">Ensure that client portfolios are managed according to the asset allocation as agreed upon by the client and Relationship Manager and as documented in the Investment Policy Statement (IPS).</span></li> <li style="font-family: inter;"><span style="font-family: inter;">Maintain basic knowledge of significant software applications (Orion, Redtail, and Microsoft Office).</span></li> <li style="font-family: inter;"><span style="font-family: inter;">Develop new processes and procedures when necessary to meet expected and required client service levels and client requests.</span></li> <li style="font-family: inter;"><span style="font-family: inter;">Stay current with changes in regulatory rules and regulations and industry practices.</span></li> <li style="font-family: inter;"><span style="font-family: inter;">Assists in the strategic development of the department.</span></li> <li style="font-family: inter;"><span style="font-family: inter;">Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client and department information and issues at all times.</span></li> </ul> </div> <h3><strong>💼 What You Bring</strong></h3> <ul> <li style="font-family: inter;"><span style="font-family: inter;">Bachelor’s degree</span></li> <li style="font-family: inter;"><span style="font-family: inter;">Financial accreditations: CPA, PFS, CFP<sup>®</sup>, or CFA<sup>®</sup></span></li> <li style="font-family: inter;"><span style="font-family: inter;">7+ years of relevant financial planning and investment experience</span></li> <li style="font-family: inter;"><span style="font-family: inter;">Impeccable reputation in the securities industry with excellent regulatory history</span></li> <li style="font-family: inter;"><span style="font-family: inter;">Proficiency with Envestnet/Tamarac, Junxure (Preferred)</span></li> <li style="font-family: inter;"><span style="font-family: inter;">Securities 65 or 66 license (Preferred)</span></li> </ul> <h3><strong>💫 What Sets inter;"><span style="font-family: inter;">Experience in acquiring and servicing wealth management clients.</span></li> <li style="font-family: inter;"><span style="font-family: inter;">Strong presentation and/or public speaking skills and written communication skills.</span></li> <li style="font-family: inter;"><span style="font-family: inter;">Proven team member management and interpersonal skills.</span></li> <li style="font-family: inter;"><span style="font-family: inter;">Positive, self-starter attitude and desire to exceed expectations at every opportunity.</span></li>
