required, advanced degree - preferred</p></li><li><p>10+ years of experience - required</p></li><li><p>Experience in military, federal healthcare, government accounts, strategic sales, national accounts, medical devices, orthopaedics, or healthcare administration - preferred</p></li><li><p>Experience working with the VA, DoD, military treatment facilities, federal procurement, government contracting, or public-sector healthcare customers - preferred</p></li><li><p>Proven ability to build relationships and influence senior military, government, clinical, administrative, and supply chain stakeholders</p></li><li><p>Strong executive presence, communication, presentation, and strategic account planning skills</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority</p></li><li><p>Strong commercial acumen with the ability to align customer needs to growth strategies, contracting solutions, pricing, and financial objectives</p></li><li><p>Ability to educate, coach, and influence sales teams and key stakeholders</p></li><li><p>Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%</p></li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div><p style="text-align:inherit !important">  </p><p> </p><p><b>United States of America Pay Ranges:</b></p><ul><li><b>USN</b>: $179,100 -
