This individual will work with developers, application owners, end-users and security as needed, to provide support towards our Secure Email solutions for the enterprise. </div><div>As a Security Engineer, you will need to have a working knowledge of identity and access management, Secure Email Gateways, SMTP Relays, DNS, and tools like Splunk and Chronicle for large enterprise environments. You will also need a basic understanding of email protocols and standards, such as SMTP, TLS, DMARC/SPF/DKIM and secure messaging/encryption. Possess the skills to provide troubleshooting and problem resolution of mail flow related issues in a complex environment. Off hours work is required for deployments and on-call rotation in support of major incidents impacting email delivery. This role will be reporting to the Director of Secure Email & Access services </div><div> </div><div>Required Qualifications <ul><li>2+ years' experience with troubleshooting & problem resolution of email related issues</li><li>2+ years' Experience working with email security tools like SaaS or similar </li></ul></div><div> </div><div>Preferred Qualifications </div><div><ul><li>2+ years' development tools, scripting, automation development </li><li>Customer service skills and excellent communication skills (verbal, presentation, and written) </li><li>Adapt to quickly changing priorities with a sense of urgency</li></ul></div><div> </div><div>Education </div><div><ul><li>Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification</li></ul></div>Anticipated Weekly Hours40Time TypeFull timePay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$72,100.00 - $158,620.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
