Shift Leadership & Productivity Management: Conduct pre-shift meetings, assign associates to positions, monitor real-time productivity data on the operations dashboard, and deploy staffing adjustments the moment throughput trends below target.
Safety Culture Enforcement: Audit your area constantly for unsafe conditions, equipment misuse, and method compliance failures, correcting behavior immediately and documenting safety observations per UPS compliance policy.
Associate Performance Development: Deliver structured performance coaching to hourly associates, documenting attendance and productivity conversations in UPS's HR system and escalating progressive discipline situations to the Operations Manager promptly.
Benefits & Perks
UPS Warehouse Supervisors receive a competitive annual salary, full company-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and direct access to UPS's accelerated management development programs — including the management training curriculum that feeds directly into district and division operations leadership.
