<p style="min-height:1.5em">We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Typist Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our market research and strategic analysis projects by accurately and efficiently typing and editing documents, reports, and presentations.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Accurately type and format documents, reports, and presentations according to company standards and guidelines.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Edit and proofread documents for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Input and maintain data in spreadsheets and databases.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Organize and maintain physical and digital files.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Communicate effectively with team members to understand project requirements and deadlines.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• High school diploma or equivalent.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• 2 years of experience as a Typist Clerk or similar role.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Excellent typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 60 words per minute.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Strong organizational and time-management skills.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Experience in market research or strategic analysis is a plus.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Flexibility to work remotely or in the office, depending on company needs.</p>
