KeyResponsibilities:

  • Work as part of a team to serve as a department trainer, mentor, and leader in the Real Estate Division
  • Provide support for complex issues by applying knowledge of business practices, procedures, technology, and tax law
  • Assist managers with special data reviews and operational needs
  • Develop and deliver training on revaluation, new construction workflows, data entry standards, deed processing, and appraisal procedures
  • Cross-train staff on key real estate functions and system processes
  • Support teams in using real estate appraisal and listing systems and technology tools
  • Help ensure consistency and accuracy in real estate data, workflows, and documentation
