<li>Generate qualified meetings for our <strong>Talent Advisors</strong></li>
<li>Collaborate with Talent Advisors to <strong>understand hiring needs</strong></li>
<li>Build and maintain structured <strong>candidate pipelines</strong> for active roles</li>
<li>Use data, AI and other tools to <strong>optimize sourcing strategies</strong></li>
