We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Support Ticket Agent to join our remote team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, resolving issues efficiently, and managing support requests in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
Responsibilities
Monitor and respond to incoming support tickets through email, chat, and help desk platforms
Troubleshoot customer issues and provide accurate solutions in a timely manner
Document all customer interactions and update ticket statuses accordingly
Prioritize and manage multiple support requests based on urgency and service levels
Escalate complex technical or account-related issues to the appropriate department
Follow company procedures, response templates, and quality standards
Maintain professionalism and empathy in all customer communications
Assist with knowledge base updates and common issue documentation
Required Qualifications
1+ year of experience in customer support, help desk, ticketing systems, or related role
Strong written communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple tickets simultaneously
Basic technical knowledge and troubleshooting ability
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Familiarity with CRM or help desk software
Reliable internet connection and computer access
