About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Support Ticket Agent to join our remote team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, resolving issues efficiently, and managing support requests in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to incoming support tickets through email, chat, and help desk platforms
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and provide accurate solutions in a timely manner
  • Document all customer interactions and update ticket statuses accordingly
  • Prioritize and manage multiple support requests based on urgency and service levels
  • Escalate complex technical or account-related issues to the appropriate department
  • Follow company procedures, response templates, and quality standards
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy in all customer communications
  • Assist with knowledge base updates and common issue documentation
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ year of experience in customer support, help desk, ticketing systems, or related role
  • Strong written communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple tickets simultaneously
  • Basic technical knowledge and troubleshooting ability
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Familiarity with CRM or help desk software
  • Reliable internet connection and computer access
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a remote customer support role
  • Familiarity with Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira, or similar ticketing systems
  • Ability to de-escalate customer concerns professionally
  • Strong time management and adaptability skills
