Monitor and evaluate intern performance, providing regular feedback and support for improvement. Encourage and facilitate networking opportunities for interns to connect with professionals in the industry. Work closely with the digital product team to ensure interns are actively contributing to the company's digital strategy. Support interns in their personal and professional development, offering resources and guidance for their future career goals. Act as a liaison between interns and other departments within the company, fostering cross-functional collaboration and communication. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technology advancements, sharing relevant information with interns. Ensure all interns are adhering to company policies and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
