We are currently seeking a highly skilled Sr. Dealer Training Specialist for our F&I Dealer Products & Services division. In this role, you will play a critical role in training our network of dealerships on our various financial products and services. We are looking for someone who is passionate about training, has extensive knowledge of F&I products, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service. Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for our network of dealerships on Ally Financial's F&I products and services. Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions to educate dealers on the features, benefits, and selling points of our financial solutions. Create training materials, including presentations, videos, and manuals, to support the training programs. Continuously assess and improve the effectiveness of training programs to ensure dealers are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively sell Ally Financial's products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to stay updated on new product launches, updates, and changes to ensure accurate and up-to-date training materials. Provide ongoing support to dealers by answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing additional training as needed. Track and report on training completion and effectiveness to measure the impact of training programs. Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to F&I products and services to continuously enhance training programs. Serve as a subject matter expert on F&I products and services, providing guidance and support to internal teams and dealers. Represent Ally Financial at industry events, conferences, and dealer meetings to promote our products and services and provide training opportunities. Foster a positive and collaborative relationship with our network of dealerships to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures related to dealer training and provide recommendations for enhancements.</p><p>Ally Financial is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
