This role is ideal for a dynamic professional who has a deep love for wine and is driven by a desire to elevate the dining experience for all guests. As the Sommelier, you will be entrusted with curating an extensive and carefully curated wine list that complements the rich flavors of the restaurant’s cuisine. Your expertise will help guests discover wine pairings that enhance their meals and create lasting impressions. You will work closely with the culinary team to ensure seamless integration between food and wine, constantly updating the wine list to reflect the latest trends and offerings from around the world. Your responsibilities will also include training and educating the service staff so they can confidently assist guests with wine selections and provide impeccable service. Additionally, you will manage inventory and ensure the proper storage and ordering of wines and related accessories.
