Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry! We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have several labs throughout the country. We are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this Shipping & Receiving Specialist opportunity at NDX Pearce Turk located in Wichita, KS.

The regular scheduled hours for this position are from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:

  • Able to perform basic functions/responsibilities of Shipping and Receiving Clerk and has the ability and responsibility to schedule and/or invoice cases
  • Responsible daily for opening and disinfection process of incoming cases as required by SOP (Standard Operating Procedures)
  • Responsible for Case Entry of all Business Unit cases
  • Packing of all Business Unit cases
  • Process shipments through FedEx ship manager and UPS Worldship
  • Follow all steps, in order, according to the Technical Team Policies (TTPs) to insure consistent and accurate results
  • Inbound and Outbound Mail
  • All other duties as assigned

Minimum Education and Experience Required:

  • Preferred: High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • PC Literacy: Microsoft Office Skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
