We are seeking energetic and motivated Shift Managers to oversee operations across multiple locations in the Buffalo area. As a Shift Manager, you will lead daily restaurant activities, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain a high standard of food quality and safety. Duties

Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring quality control and compliance with food safety regulations.
Manage inventory control, including stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability.
Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; perform cash handling duties with integrity.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, including food handling procedures and sanitation practices.
Support hiring efforts by participating in interviewing candidates and onboarding new staff members.
Maintain excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Assist in managing budgets, controlling labor costs, and implementing operational improvements for efficiency.
Oversee kitchen management tasks, including food production coordination and ensuring timely delivery of orders.
Experience
Proven management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment with supervising responsibilities.
Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety practices.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling experience required.
Experience in inventory control, food management, and restaurant operations management.
Demonstrated leadership skills in team management, staff training & development, and supervising diverse teams.
Previous hospitality management experience preferred; fine dining or casual dining background is a plus.
Knowledge of budgeting, food safety regulations, and food industry standards essential for success in this role.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interview candidates effectively and foster a positive team environment.
