This role will assess our current SaaS environment, eliminate redundancies, and build a sustainable management framework ensuring security, legal, compliance, and operational requirements are met across all applications including shadow IT. The role includes direct management of Microsoft 365 including SharePoint, Teams, Copilot, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio.</span></p><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><br><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></span></p><h3><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> SaaS Governance & Rationalization:</span></h3><ul><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Conduct comprehensive SaaS application inventory and risk assessment</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Develop and enforce SaaS governance policies and rationalization frameworks</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Identify and eliminate unused, redundant, or non-compliant applications</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Optimize software spend through contract negotiation and consolidation</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Build and maintain an enterprise application catalog</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Develop business case and roadmap for SSPM and governance tooling</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Create rationalization targets aligned with 2026-2028 strategic goals</span></li></ul><h3><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Microsoft 365 Platform Management:</span></h3><ul><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Oversee SharePoint governance including site provisioning, lifecycle, and decommissioning</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Enforce information architecture standards, retention policies, and DLP controls</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Manage Teams governance including security configurations, compliance, and integrations</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Establish Copilot governance framework including usage policies and data privacy controls</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Develop Power Apps governance policies including environment strategy and RBAC</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Manage access controls, permissions, and security group management across M365</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Implement and maintain MFA, conditional access, and Azure AD / Entra ID integration</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Manage M365 licensing optimization and cost controls</span></li></ul><h3><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Copilot Studio & Agentic AI Governance:</span></h3><ul><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Establish governance framework for Copilot Studio and agentic AI implementation</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Define policies for agentic AI including autonomous workflows and decision-making authority</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Implement data governance, audit trails, and safety controls for agentic AI activities</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and Risk on regulatory implications</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Establish incident response procedures for agentic AI security events</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ensure compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, and FedRAMP requirements</span></li></ul><h3><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Legal Hold & eDiscovery:</span></h3><ul><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Establish end-to-end legal hold processes for enterprise SaaS applications</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Define eDiscovery readiness standards for sanctioned SaaS apps</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Partner with Legal, Compliance, Privacy, and Security on preservation workflows</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Implement repeatable runbooks for defensible evidence capture and chain of custody</span></li></ul><h3><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Security & Compliance:</span></h3><ul><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Manage security compliance monitoring through Microsoft Purview and Compliance Manager</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Oversee threat protection including Advanced Threat Protection <em>(ATP)</em></span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Conduct regular security assessments, audits, and penetration testing</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">7+ years of enterprise software asset management, SaaS governance, or IT operations experience</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">5+ years in a management or leadership role</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">3+ years of hands-on experience managing Microsoft 365 environments, including SharePoint, Teams, and Power Platform</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
