<li><span>Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity and alignment on user stories and acceptance criteria.</span></li>

<li><span>Monitor team performance metrics and provide insights to drive continuous improvement in processes and delivery.</span></li>
<li><span>Facilitate communication and collaboration between team members, stakeholders, and other teams to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.</span></li>

<p><span style="font-weight: bold">Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):</span></p>

<li><span>3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment, preferably with cloud-based projects.</span></li>
<li><span>Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.</span></li>
<li><span>Proficient in using the agile project management Azure DevOps (ADO) tool.</span></li>
<li><span>Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.</span></li>
<li><span>Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.</span></li>
<li><span>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams and stakeholders.</span></li>
