This role will drive technical strategy, ensure scalable architecture, and deliver high-quality implementations for complex programs in healthcare, government, and public sector domains.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities:<br><br></strong><strong>Architecture & Strategy<br><br></strong>Design and document scalable, secure, and reusable architecture across Salesforce and MuleSoft platforms.<br><br>Define integration patterns, API strategies, and data flows between Salesforce and external systems.<br><br>Lead technical planning and solutioning sessions with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.<br><br><strong>Development & Integration<br><br></strong>Develop custom Salesforce components (Apex, LWC, Flows) and configure standard features across Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.<br><br>Build and maintain MuleSoft APIs and integrations using Anypoint Platform, DataWeave, and RAML.<br><br>Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for both platforms.<br><br><strong>Leadership & Collaboration<br><br></strong>Serve as technical lead across development teams, providing mentorship and guidance.<br><br>Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and operations teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.<br><br>Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and enforce best practices.<br><br><strong>Governance & Compliance<br><br></strong>Ensure solutions meet security, privacy, and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, FISMA).<br><br>Maintain documentation, integration catalogs, and architecture diagrams.<br><br>Support audit readiness and data governance initiatives.<br><br><strong>Required Qualifications:<br><br></strong>5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.<br><br>4+ years of experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.<br><br>Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Application Architect, System Architect).<br><br>MuleSoft Certified Developer and/or Architect.<br><br>Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, and integration security.<br><br>Experience with healthcare, government, or public sector programs.<br><br><strong>Preferred Skills:<br><br></strong>Experience with Salesforce Scheduler, Health Cloud, Service Cloud Voice.<br><br>Knowledge of DevOps tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Copado).<br><br>Experience with data migration, ETL tools, and Salesforce Shield.<br><br>Strong communication and stakeholder engagement
