Sales Manager Agricultural, Construction & Turf Equipment Dealership   Full-Time, On-Site   About the Role   We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales Manager to lead our agricultural, construction, and turf equipment sales team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows the equipment industry, understands the needs of farmers, contractors, and turf professionals, and can inspire a team to consistently exceed goals. You will own the full sales cycle — from managing inventory strategy and customer relationships to coaching your team and driving revenue growth.   Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of equipment sales representatives Drive new and used equipment sales to meet or exceed monthly and annual targets Build and maintain long-term relationships with farmers, contractors, golf courses,      municipalities, and landscaping professionals Manage inventory levels, pricing strategies, and aged equipment plans Collaborate with the parts and service departments to deliver a complete customer experience Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to shape sales strategy Oversee the sales floor, lot presentation, and customer-facing merchandising Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for dealership ownership/management Represent the dealership at trade shows, farm events, and community functions   Qualifications Equipment sales experience in agricultural, construction, or turf equipment Prior sales management or team leadership experience strongly preferred Solid understanding of agricultural, construction, and turf markets and the seasonal needs of each customer segment Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills Valid driver's license required High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred   Compensation & Benefits   We offer a competitive compensation package commensurate with experience, including:   Competitive base salary commensurate with experience + performance-based commission/bonus (total compensation $100,000+)  Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) with employer match Company vehicle or vehicle allowance Manufacturer and dealership training opportunities Company vehicle or vehicle allowance   How to Apply Interested candidates should submit a resume and a brief cover letter describing their relevant experience by using the Apply to This Position icon.   We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
