Sigma Inc. is currently looking for a Remote Senior Administrative Assistant (Part Time) to work with our team.

100% remote
Hours: Up to 20 hours/week from now until September, at 3-4 hours per weekday. Timing per day is flexible, given availability of the person who takes the role

CARB-X has an urgent need for temporary support in our R&D Team. Below is some information that describe the type of role we're seeking. Since it's been some time and I've only done this once before, could you help me understand the next steps for posting and hiring? Is there any additional information that you need?

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Quarterly Meeting calendar. Initiate meetings, track deliverables
  • Schedule adhoc meetings for R&D team. This could be with Product Developers or CARB-X support teams
  • Assist in tracking onboarding documents for Subject Matter Experts, scheduling introduction with R&D team
  • Administrative tasks related to conferences- making name tags, shipping CARB-X swag to event venue
  • Data entry in Salesforce
  • Calendar management, rescheduling (meetings directly related to PDs)

Requirements:

  • Administrative Assistant experience (preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present complex information (required)
  • Proficiency with Excel (required)
  • Basic knowledge of Salesforce (preferred)
