The individual in this role will work closely with insurance agents, financial advisors, and producers to help grow business, provide product support, and build long-term partnerships. This is not a high-pressure cold-calling environment.

The department already has active business and established relationships in place, allowing the right person to begin building commission income quickly. The ideal candidate is professional, self-motivated, and enjoys consultative sales, account management, and relationship development. This role offers strong long-term growth potential within a stable and team-oriented organization.
