Remote Recruiter
Networks Connect Professional Staffing is currently hiring for a Remote Recruiter to support one of our key clients. This is a great opportunity for someone with recruiting experience who enjoys speaking with candidates, conducting phone screens, and working in a structured, metrics-driven environment.
This is not a traditional full-cycle recruiting role. The Recruiter will work closely with National Recruiting Managers by making outbound calls, conducting initial phone screen interviews, and helping move qualified candidates through the recruiting process.
Position Details
Pay: $18/hour plus bonus/commission opportunities
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time
Location: 100% Remote
Equipment: Provided
Employment Type: Contract (Indefinite)
Job Responsibilities
Make approximately 100 outbound calls per day to prospective candidates who have expressed interest in available opportunities.
Conduct initial phone screen interviews to determine candidate interest, qualifications, and next steps.
Partner with National Recruiting Managers to help schedule qualified candidates for the next stage of the recruiting process.
Follow structured recruiting processes, call expectations, and performance metrics.
Document candidate conversations, updates, and outcomes accurately.
Maintain a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the screening process.
Ideal Candidate
At least 1 year of recruiting experience is required.
Insurance industry recruiting experience is preferred, but not required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
Detail-oriented and able to follow structured processes and metrics.
Ability to stay motivated in a high-volume phone-based role.
Must live in the Eastern or Central Time Zone.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Tech & Workspace Requirements
Reliable high-speed internet is required.
Minimum internet speed: 25 Mbps upload.
Must have a quiet, professional workspace suitable for remote work and phone conversations.
