Temporary Shipping Administrator Required

  • Process orders accurately onto the system
  • Raise purchase orders as necessary
  • Forward supplier paperwork to agents and provide commodity codes
  • Update container tracker sheets on Excel and the in-house system
  • Manage deliveries and returns
  • Quote, book, clear and deliver air freight
  • Perform other duties as required

Prior experience in Purchasing Assistant/ Administration roles is essential, with a good understanding of Purchase Order Administration and tracking.
