Our client in the real estate space is looking for a motions graphics designer to assist their team on a part-time basis.<br><br>This opportunity is fully remote for 15-20 hours per week on an ongoing basis.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities As a Motions Graphics Designer<br><br></strong><ul><li>Maintain brand consistency across campaigns and platforms by creating and refining digital collateral</li><li>Bring stories to life through simple motion graphics and video editing tailored for digital and social channels</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to turn strategies into scroll-stopping designs</li><li>Stay ahead of trends in design, tech, and AI to keep our visual content fresh and effective</li><li>Confidently present design concepts, take feedback in stride, and iterate with purpose<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications As a Motions Graphic Designer<br><br></strong><ul><li>5+ years experience in graphic design or visual arts</li><li>A portfolio that demonstrates your ability to create compelling designs across a range of mediums</li><li>Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).</li><li>Strong grasp of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy</li><li>Experience developing marketing materials, branded templates, and collateral</li><li>A working knowledge of motion graphics/video editing.</li><li>A good sense of what works on social media, from static images to short videos</li><li>Curiosity and comfort with AI-powered creative tools for design and ideation</li><li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a team-first environment</li><li>Strong multitasking skills and grace under pressure in a deadline-driven setting<br><br></li></ul>In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.<br><br><strong>Benefits<br><br></strong>Creative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
