Overview

Blanchard and Company is looking for a Marketing Manager to help run the day-to-day execution of our marketing efforts. This is a hands-on role focused on keeping projects on track, maintaining our website, and ensuring content is accurate, clear, and delivered on time.

You will work across the team to coordinate campaigns, manage timelines, and support ongoing marketing initiatives. If you are someone who brings structure and follow-through to a busy environment, this role will fit well.

What You’ll Do

• Manage day-to-day marketing execution
• Keep projects on track, ensuring deadlines are met, and priorities are clear
• Oversee website updates, maintenance, and content publishing
• Edit, proofread, and fact-check marketing materials
• Support media and social teams
• Organize and maintain marketing assets and content
• Assist with reporting and basic performance tracking

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of marketing experience
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Experience working in a CMS and managing website content
• Excellent attention to detail, especially in editing and proofreading
• Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing track of details
• Clear communicator who works well across teams

Nice to Have

• Experience working with web development teams
• Familiarity with marketing analytics or reporting tools
• Background in financial services, e-commerce, or direct marketing
