Compensation: $20-$24 per hour, based on experience, portfolio, and skill level

Help Grow Two Established Chicago Brands

We are looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Marketing & Content Coordinator to help drive the marketing efforts behind two growing Chicago businesses:

Brazilian Lymph Spa – a luxury wellness and body sculpting spa

Val's Services Cleaning – one of Chicago's leading residential cleaning companies

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating content, bringing ideas to life, and taking ownership of projects from start to finish.

You'll work closely with company leadership and play an important role in helping both brands attract new customers, engage existing clients, strengthen their online presence, and continue growing.

We're looking for someone who can execute. Someone who can take a project, understand the goal, and produce high-quality work without needing constant direction.

What You'll Do

Content Creation & Social Media

  • Create and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Business Profile, and other marketing channels
  • Film, edit, and publish short-form video content using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
  • Capture behind-the-scenes content during daily operations, photoshoots, events, and special projects
  • Write captions, promotional copy, stories, email campaigns, text campaigns, and other marketing content
  • Assist with content planning, content calendars, and campaign execution

Graphic Design & Marketing Materials

  • Design graphics, flyers, postcards, promotional materials, event collateral, print ads, signage, and branded assets using Canva, Adobe, etc.
  • Create content for both digital and print use
  • Understand that a social media reel, postcard, email campaign, magazine advertisement, and event promotion all require different approaches
  • Help maintain a polished, professional, and consistent brand presence across all marketing channels

Events & Brand Representation

  • Attend networking events, photoshoots, community events, and brand activations
  • Capture photo and video content in real time
  • Assist with event setup, guest interaction, and brand representation
  • Help promote events before, during, and after execution
  • Assist with lead collection and marketing follow-up efforts
  • Represent our brands professionally while interacting with guests, potential clients, influencers, vendors, and community partners

Marketing Coordination

  • Coordinate with photographers, videographers, vendors, and marketing partners
  • Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and special projects
  • Help keep projects organized, on schedule, and moving forward
  • Track basic marketing performance metrics and assist with reporting

We're not looking for someone who simply knows how to make content look good. We're looking for someone who understands how marketing supports business growth and can create content that attracts attention, communicates clearly, and strengthens a brand.

Preferred Experience

  • Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.
  • CapCut or similar video editing software
  • Email marketing
  • SMS marketing
  • WordPress
  • Showit
  • Go High Level
  • Photography or videography
  • Experience with luxury, wellness, beauty, hospitality, lifestyle, or local service brands

Schedule & Requirements

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Chicago.

The primary schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Occasional evening and weekend participation is required for events, photoshoots, networking opportunities, and brand activations.
