Northside Hospital is seeking a strategic and results-driven Manager Business Office Services to oversee all commercial follow-up operations across our five-hospital system. This hybrid role requires a dynamic leader with strong experience in managing payor relationships, reducing aging, and driving cash collections. The Manager will lead a high-performing team of 60+ staff members, including three supervisors, and will play a critical role in resolving escalated claim issues, working accounts, and driving performance metrics. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with proven success in leading large teams and optimizing insurance follow-up workflows. You must possess deep expertise in navigating complex payor processes and collaborating with internal departments including Human Resources to support staff needs and resolve issues efficiently. This position holds overall responsibility for the planning, administration, control, and quality management of the department's commercial follow-up activities and will support the Director of the Business Office/Patient Access in the strategic oversight of the patient accounting function.
Responsibilities

Requirements
B.S. Degree in Business Administration or related field plus four (4) years patient accounting experience, or
Ten years progressively responsible patient accounting experience.
Good written and oral communication skills.
Demonstrated knowledge of insurance requirements and regulations and hospital operations.
