CondoVoter is hiring a Hybrid Meeting Moderator / On-Site Event Technician to support virtual and in-person condo meetings, AGMs, and hybrid events. In this role, you will both host meetings online and attend meetings in person as the on-site technician, ensuring audio, video, and online voting systems function seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities: On-Site Technical Support

  • Attend in-person meetings across the Greater Toronto Area as the on-site technician
  • Set up, test, and manage audio/visual equipment for hybrid meetings
  • Ensure smooth integration between in-person attendees and online participants
  • Troubleshoot microphones, speakers, cameras, projectors, and connectivity issues on-site
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact during live meetings

Virtual & Hybrid Meeting Moderation

  • Host and moderate Zoom Webinar meetings
  • Provide live technical support to online attendees and panelists
  • Manage screen sharing, slides, scripts, and meeting visuals
  • Facilitate live Q&A sessions
  • Launch and monitor secure online voting using CondoVoter’s platform

Pre- & Post-Meeting Tasks

  • Conduct pre-meeting rehearsals and technical checks
  • Complete post-meeting reports and moderator summaries
  • Flag technical issues, risks, and improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

  • Ability and willingness to travel to and work on-site for scheduled meetings
  • Access to a vehicle and valid G-class driver’s licence
  • 2+ years of experience in event support, AV support, technical support, or live meeting facilitation
  • Strong working knowledge of Zoom (Webinar experience preferred)
  • Comfortable troubleshooting live technical issues under pressure
  • Clear, professional verbal communication skills
  • Reliable high-speed internet and professional home workspace

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience as an AV technician, event technician, or hybrid meeting support
  • Condo AGM, HOA, or property management experience
  • Typing speed of 50+ WPM
  • Bilingual (French/English)

Schedule & Pay

  • Availability: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 PM–10:00 PM (occasional mornings and weekends)
  • Pay: $25–$31 per hour
  • Employment Type: Part-time, Permanent
  • Location: Hybrid role — remote + mandatory on-site work in Toronto/GTA
  • Additional Compensation: Gas reimbursement for on-site meetings
