£27.5k base salary + uncapped commission

What you will be doing: Graduate Recruitment Consultant
Mapping out niche tech markets and headhunting the best talent
Building relationships with senior decision-makers, including CEOs, from leading global companies
Managing your own portfolio of clients and candidates
Overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from first conversation to final placement
Leading negotiations on offers, contracts, and salaries
What we are looking for: Graduate Recruitment Consultant
A graduate from a top 50 university
Confident, articulate, and eager to build strong business relationships
Previous commercial experience is helpful (especially sales), but not essential
Extremely ambitious with a strong desire to develop quickly
Driven by goals, success, and financial reward
Competitive mindset - athletic or sporting backgrounds always stand out
