<p>Full-Charge Bookkeeper / Payroll Specialist</p> <p>We are looking for an experienced and reliable Full-Charge Bookkeeper who can also handle Payroll and basic HR tasks. </p> <p>This is a long-term remote role with a U.S. company.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li> Manage full-cycle bookkeeping (AP, AR, reconciliations, month-end close) </li> <li> Process payroll accurately and ensure compliance </li> <li> Support basic HR tasks (onboarding, offboarding, employee records) </li> <li> Handle invoicing and follow up on outstanding payments </li> <li> Maintain vendor records and manage payment schedules </li> <li> Prepare financial reports for management and CPA </li> </ul> <h3><strong>Requirements:</strong></h3> <ul> <li> 5+ years of bookkeeping experience </li> <li> Experience with payroll and basic HR functions </li> <li> Proficient in QuickBooks Online and Excel/Google Sheets </li> <li> Strong attention to detail and organization </li> <li> Able to work independently and meet deadlines </li> <li> Trustworthy with sensitive and confidential information </li> </ul> <h3><strong>Ideal Skills:</strong></h3> <ul> <li> Strong QuickBooks Online experience </li> <li> Payroll processing knowledge </li> <li> Proficiency in Excel and reporting </li> <li> Basic understanding of HR processes </li> <li> Good written and verbal communication </li> <li> Effective time management</li></ul> <p></p>
