Join our team as a Flooring Installer and bring beautiful, durable floors to life! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for installing a variety of flooring materials, including tile, hardwood, laminate, and vinyl, across residential projects. Your expertise will ensure each project is completed with precision, quality, and efficiency. Duties
Install various flooring types such as tile laying, hardwood, laminate, vinyl planks, and carpet with attention to detail and quality standards.
Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for cutting, fitting, caulking, trimming, and finishing flooring materials.
Read schematics and blueprints to determine layout plans and installation sequences for complex projects.
Perform restoration work including water damage restoration, floor care maintenance, buffing, and refinishing to restore floors to their original condition.
Install fixtures such as baseboards, trim carpentry elements, cabinets, and other related components to complete the finished look.
Skills (preferred but not required)
Proven experience in flooring installation including wood floor & LVP installation, tile laying, carpet installation, or similar construction work.
Skilled in using hand tools (e.g., caulking guns, saws) and power tools safely for precise work.
Knowledge of trim carpentry, fixture installation, remodeling techniques, concrete finishing, and construction painting is highly desirable.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail; capable of working independently or as part of a team on complex projects.
