Job Summary:
Flipkart, Indias leading e-commerce platform, is hiring energetic and dependable individuals for the role of Warehouse Helper. As a part of our warehouse operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth handling of goods including unloading, sorting, stacking, and general upkeep of the warehouse. This full-time opportunity is ideal for individuals seeking stable employment with a reputable brand and growth potential in logistics and supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in unloading inbound shipments and sorting packages.
Maintain proper storage and ensure inventory is organized and accessible.
Perform scanning, labeling, and tagging of products as required.
Prepare items for dispatch and assist with packaging work.
Support supervisors in day-to-day operational tasks.
Maintain cleanliness and safety within the warehouse premises.
Report damages or inventory mismatches promptly.
Follow company protocols related to quality checks and safe material handling.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 10th pass or equivalent education.
Ability to read basic English or Hindi.
Physically fit to carry out lifting, moving, and manual tasks.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Basic understanding of warehouse safety and hygiene.
Experience:
0 to 2 years of experience in warehouse/logistics/helper roles.
Freshers are also welcome to apply and will be provided training.
Working Hours:
Full-Time: 9 hours/day including break (Shift-based).
Rotational shifts may include morning, evening, or night shifts depending on operational needs.
Weekly off as per roster.
