Finance Analyst - Diabetes Product Innovation & Operations

Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision making for the diabetes product portfolio. Develop and maintain financial models to track and forecast performance of diabetes products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data for financial planning and budgeting. Monitor and report on the financial performance of diabetes products, including identifying trends and potential risks. Conduct market research and analysis to understand the competitive landscape and identify growth opportunities. Work with product development teams to assess the financial impact of new product launches and enhancements. Assist in the development of pricing strategies and recommendations for diabetes products. Provide support for financial audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Identify cost-saving opportunities and make recommendations for process improvements. Communicate financial data and analysis to stakeholders, including senior leadership, in a clear and concise manner. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and developments related to the diabetes market and incorporate them into financial strategies. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to align financial and business objectives. Act as a subject matter expert on financial matters related to diabetes products and provide guidance and support to other team members. Continuously monitor and assess financial performance against goals and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
