As a data entry expert, you will be responsible for executing strategies to support ocean volume growth, analyzing carrier services, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
- Execute strategies to support ocean volume growth and enhance ocean product development
- Analyze carrier services, routings, and performance to optimize business outcomes
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to outline strategy, market conditions, and deliverables
- Support sales and operations as an ocean subject matter expert
- Implement and communicate pricing programs to maximize competitiveness and enhance service
- Conduct regular service reviews to ensure agreed-upon KPIs are met or exceeded

Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
- At least 8 years of experience in the international freight forwarding industry, including direct ocean experience
- Prior ocean carrier experience a plus
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
