Develop and implement the servicing strategy for our supply chain operations to ensure efficient and effective handling of customer inquiries and issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and drive initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience. Lead and manage a team of supply chain operations professionals to ensure the successful execution of the servicing strategy. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration on supply chain initiatives. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our supply chain operations. Provide strategic direction and guidance to the team to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives. Develop and implement processes and procedures to optimize supply chain operations and drive operational excellence. Create and maintain a customer-centric culture within the supply chain operations team. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies. Develop and manage the supply chain operations budget to ensure efficient use of resources. Coach and mentor team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and development. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to drive individual and team growth. Represent the supply chain operations team in cross-functional meetings and present updates and recommendations to senior leadership. Continuously identify and implement new technologies and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness of supply chain operations. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, creativity, and innovation. Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for collaboration and process improvement. Communicate regularly with senior leadership to provide updates on key initiatives, challenges, and opportunities.
